When I'm working out, it's really important to me that I have some good music to keep me motivated. The playlist that I've put together is a huge range of old and new, pop and alternative, upbeat and chill, but what brings them together is the fact that they all put a smile on my face. If they make you smile, they're going to help you keep motivated to carry on when your body wants to give up. In my playlist, I have everything from Beyonce to Tune-Yards to Sam Smith, but in your playlist, you should have all of the songs that make you smile and you should add all the songs that make you happy.
