BRIGHTON PHOTO DIARY

As some of you may know, I recently visited Brighton, and despite the cloudy weather I had a really lovely time. I'd never been before and I had expectations for a kind of more well-put-together version of Scarborough. I was sort of right and wrong with the expectation - whilst Brighton is a cute seaside place with carousels, beach huts and seafood stalls, it's also quite city-like with a huge high street that goes right down to the seafront, (not to mention, extremely photogenic). There were also amazing food places: Bill's is incredible and just next to The Lanes, and of course Jamie's Italian is a stones-throw from the beach with amazing food. I'd definitely love to go there again - hopefully when there's a little more sun!

I hope you enjoyed my holiday snaps. Let me know if you've visited Brighton in the past, or if you're planning on visiting in the future!

  2. I really want to go to Brighton when I visit the UK, I have never been to a beach with pebbles instead of sand and it always intrigues me how different beaches can be overseas. (I'm from Australia by the way).
