LAZY MOISTURISING

When it's warm and the sun is shining, the last thing you want to be doing is sat inside feeling sticky waiting for your moisturiser to sink in. Plus, everyone agrees that moisturising is the bane of the beauty world. There's been a lot of releases recently to make out lives easier when it comes to moisturising and I decided it was about time I tested them all out. All three products are extremely affordable and are all quite different in the way that you use them, and so it was interesting to see which one I preferred using.

Nivea In-Shower Body Moisturiser
Boots - £2.37
I thought I'd start with this one as it's the one I've been using for the longest. With this product, you wash with your regular shower gel and then you apply this, rinse it off, and dry as normal. It's so quick and easy and it's perfect for when you're in a rush and don't have time to moisturise. When you get out of the shower and dry off, you can definitely feel the moisture in your skin as you get that slightly sticky feeling you get after your normal moisturiser has very nearly finished sinking in. I quite like this though - at least you know it's definitely doing it's moisturising job.

Dove Nourishing Body Wash
Superdrug - £1.18
This one is very new to me and I've only been using it for about a week. However, I do feel like I can give you a valid review. I feel I picked the wrong scent for this time of year, (which is slightly annoying as there were loads of other scents from the range that sound great for summer), as I chose the shea butter with warm vanilla one. It smells gorgeous but I think it would be more suited to a nice hot bath in winter. The product itself is lovely though - it leaves my skin feeling really soft and it's lovely to use for shaving. It's the least moisturising out of the three products I've mentioned, but that was expected.

Vaseline Spray & Go Body Moisturiser
Superdrug - £3.99
This another fairly new one, but I love it. Again, I'm not a huge fan of the scent but there are a couple of others in the range that I will have to try. This is a spray moisturiser that sinks into your skin really quickly so all you have to do is quickly rub it in before you get dressed. Perfect. The spray is really nice and light and it's really easy to use. This is my personal favourite out of the three, as it's the closest to regular moisturiser but a million times quiker and easier.

Let me know if you've tried any of these products or if you have any moisturiser-corner-cutting tips in the comment below.
